I am a natural light photographer. Taking a zillion pictures of my sweet baby boys over the years sparked an interest in honing my photography skills. So I began practicing and studying. And studying and practicing. And then my friends started seeing my images and they asked if I would take pictures of their kids too. And before I knew it, what started as a hobby with some passion turned into a passionate hobby and then, nearly overnight, a full fledged business! I have loved every minute of it and have enjoyed watching it grow as my wonderful clients share their images with their family and friends. I have received most of my clients by referral, and I take that as a compliment!
My style is casual both in my manner and in my work. Clients claim that their sessions, even with a 2 yr old and 4 yr old near a big ol’ creek, were the least stressful sessions they have ever had! I love kids (and big people, too) and enjoy joking and playing around with everyone to get them comfortable. I enjoy bringing a fresh look to your family images. I mix traditional portraiture with a more modern, lifestyle perspective so that we not only capture what you look like but who you are!
